Blow Mould

Blow molding is essentially a process of manufacturing items of desired shapes by blowing preforms or thermoplastic material in a closed mold. It is one of the popular processing techniques after extrusion molding and injection molding. Bulk production is the biggest advantage of this process that makes it economically feasible. PVC, Polypropylene or polyethene can be used to produce high precision items with almost negligible need of finishing operations.

New Star Engineering works have a state of the art facility, infrastructure and highly qualified technical staff for designing and manufacturing Blow Moulds. Our Blow Moulds are all custom made and we start manufacturing the moulds once the design is approved by the Customer’s.

The 3D design will be created and a photo will be sent for approval for the manufacturing of Blow Mould. We manufacture Blow Moulds for various sizes of Cosmetics, Shampoo, Oil, Feeding Pharmaceutical, Custome Design Bottles and Caps  and each Blow Mould is different so the cost may vary from one Blow Mould to another.
